Fabulous gem of a property

Location is superb, quaint little quarter away from the city with lovely restaurants with seating on the terrace by the river. The river boat is only 7mins to the town centre, every 10 mins. Had a great stay, all facilities were perfect and great communication from Chantal the host.

Couldn't find a nearby shop for groceries but this wasn't a problem.

Superb

Really fun, well designed apartments in a quintessentially French riverside enclave. The ferry (7min trip and then a short tram ride to the main attractions) is great and very frequent.

Not a problem for us, but vehicle access is virtually impossible unless you are a local and have a small car. There is no laundromat close by.

In the heart of a quaint community. It was well appointed, very cute apartment. lots of places to eating and relax just around the corner, and the hosts were exceptional!

It was an unwanted reminder that I might be getting too old for spiral staircases. but that’s my problem☹️

Loved the location and the nice fitout. A quirky pair of units, fun to stay in. Chantal is a great host, very friendly and provides lots of information and help

Two minor things The streets around it are difficult for cars if you don't know the area - very narrow and often blocked. Both units have multiple flights of stairs, not for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect little flat in great location

Lovely flat in Reze/Trentemoult. Quiet, gorgeous boho neighbourhood. Great bars, restaurants. Navibus across river and easy to get to Nantes or the new Little Atlantique Brewery. Much prefer staying here than in the city. Easy carpark by boat pontoons. Basic groceries in kitchen such as salt, spices, coffee which was nice and great outside patio with table and 2 chairs

if the host can fix the problem with the mold, i can recommend this appartment - but for now, just avoid it if you take

- cozy small appartment located in a lovely little district free of cars - friendly host

- once you enter the appartment you can recognize a pretty strong smell of mold. one corner of the appartment is full of mold and it does not smell pretty healthy at all. i would avoid staying in there for too long - if i had the choice i would immediatly cancled my reservation. - on the upper floor there is no mold, but you can smell it - here is also the bedroom. - if you have a car, you might be forced to park several minutes away from the appartment because there is no space to park. looking for a slot can be quiet difficult

Treasurebox at Loire in Trentemoult

Cute nest for couples in a special village, Trentemoult that is a colorful and incredible small labyrinth. Very well equipped and cosy. Very nice and affordable restaurants at the riverbank.

Ceiling wall is thin and the neighbour’s steps were loud.

Emplacement, décoration, soin de l'accueil, propreté, tout était là. Parenthèse très sympa pour 1 nuit.

Appartement en plein centre d'un village de pêcheur

Appartement avec arrivée et départ indépendant, situé en plein centre d'un petit village de pêcheurs pas loin de l'île des machines de Nantes. Dans le logement il y avait des jeux et des livres pour enfants et adultes et c'est très appréciable. Les lits étaient vraiment très confortables !

Pas de parking à proximité du logement. Logement scindé en deux parties et on entendait beaucoup les autres locataires dès qu'ils se déplaçaient dans leur logement (au dessus de nous). Le petit village de pêcheurs peut parfois être bruyants lors des nuits d'été un peu chaudes mais une fois fermé le logement est très bien isolé (il n'a juste pas de climatisation pour les fortes chaleurs mais a un petit ventilateur quand même).

Cosy et charmant. Idéal court séjour

L'emplacement est parfait, au calme dans le petit village de Trentemoult, à 2 pas de la navette bateau pour Nantes et d'un parking gratuit. L'appartement est très cosy , joli, fonctionnel.

Il y a juste 1 fenêtre dans la maison, impossible de faire un courant d'air ,il faisait très chaud quand nous sommes venues ... Nous n'avons pas pu dormir ... Dommage

Le charme

Ce petit village, me paraît être un peu abandonné, et pourtant plein de charme. Il faudrait que chaque habitant relève ses manches pour le redynamiser. Il est intéressant de noter qu'il est à proximité de restaurants et bars, au bord de la Loire. Un endroit tranquille. Pour le logement , continuez c'est très bien.

changement de gite , pas compris ?? un gite a coté qui n avait rien a voir avec se que j ai pris a booking , un couchage sur 10 cm de mousse très désagréable ( canapé horrible compté comme couchage ) ,un toilette dans la chambre avec la douche au 1 étage en haut de l escaler sens porte , gite au dessus très bruyant, pas isolation phonique, on reviendras pas , attention pas de place pour le parking ,gite pour 2 pas plus

Joli cocon dans un quartier dépaysant.

Les bords de Loire sont un régal, même par une météo humide. Le quartier typique propose un joli dépaysement et l'emplacement est agréable et calme. Le logement est décoré avec goût et la chambre est un joli cocon. Des restaurants à proximité complètent avec succès cet environnement avec des prestations et tarifs variés.

L'absence d'extérieur et la proximité des voisins mais c'est le quartier qui veut cela. Par ailleurs, pour un non initié, merci à Google pour trouver. Bravo également aux locaux, car il est difficile d'accéder aisément en voiture en raison de l'étroitesse des ruelles qui impose dextérité et/ou petite voiture.

Un petit coin de bonheur !

Un lieu tranquille entre les maisons pleines de couleur. Tout est aménagé pour se sentir comme dans un petit cocon sous les toits. La literie est impeccable et merci à notre hôte Chantal que je n’ai pas rencontré mais qui a été très réceptive et agréable par message👌👏😊. Déjà envie de revenir!
