+ lokalizacja od Targi Kielce na duży plus + choć właściciel mieszka obok, to jest to osobny budynek + stosunek ceny/ jakości + czysty prysznic
- czystość w pokoju (kurze pod łóżkiem i się potem roznosiło) - te drzwi od łazienki jak ktoś jest sam to spoko, ale w kilka osób... nawet zasuwki od środka nie ma - wieje po kostkach z rana w łazience :)
