The room was spotlessly clean. A perfect reasonably priced room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom well equipped. The owner was lovely. We did get a little lost in translation, as our Italian is minimal. Had translation app, but spoke very fast so app not much use. If you want a nice clean, simple, reasonably priced room its perfect. She had sun umbrellas at top of stair for use on the beach, nice little touch. Sampieri is beautiful little beach resort. Apartment is minutes from the beach. The best Gelateria The Fantasy Bar. I cannot praise this place enough the nicest people own it. We came by train and there is no taxi or bus back to station they even gave us lift back to the station, Also a nice restaurant is called the Calabistrot.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in room for a drink. And don't think they had Wi-Fi.
