Όλα πολύ καθαρά και άνετα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια , η Λαμπρινή ήταν πρόσχαρη και παρόν για κάθε ερώτηση. Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναέρθουμε.

This place offers exactly what it advertises. It has a very good position in Perdika, close to two supermarkets, gas station and within walking distance from the center of the village, but still in a quiet location where the sound of cars passing through will not bother you. Everything inside seems brand new and is in working worder, the room is clean and we had everything we needed for a 9 nights stay. Kosmas and his mother are great hosts, they were really discreet, accommodating and kind and helped us a lot. It was a pleasure to have breakfast every morning in the small terrace overlooking a garden with basil, orange and lemon trees. Kosmas also has a business renting paddle boats and sunbeds at Agia Paraskeva Beach, the most beautiful in the area. The village Perdika itself is a much better alternative to the crowded and more expensive Parga and Sivota and offers access to the best beaches and touristic attractions.

There's nothing really that we didn't like

Very clean, big room, very friendly hosts.

Large rooms with large terraces. The owners are not boring, pleasant neighbors. Good position for visiting the beaches between Sivota and Parga. It's nearby market and the gas station, the bakery is just a little further downtown.

Too many mosquitos, it's impossible to sleep. A lot of electricity problems and Wifi internet too poor, you can't do any job over the Internet. Parking on a steep and narrow street! Sometimes the bucket were full of garbage, they should be empty.
