Flateli Ballesteries

The location had a good view on the river. The room had a lot of appliances. The beds were very comfortable.

It was hard to open the door with the key and I had to contact the staff for help. The room had a weird smell inside.

Good communication, easy to get keys. The property is in a very good location. The building is old, room has old stone walls and exposed beams which I liked. We had a street view with a small balcony. There is a fridge and some basic kitchen utensils (we did not use them). Comfortable bed and it was very clean on arrival. Good wifi. Overall happy with our 2-night stay!

The bathroom needs refurbishment! AC was OK but probably needs servicing. A couple of small stools would have been great to be able to sit on the balcony.

Right in the middle of the old town.

One of the beds had a leg that was broken. It has been mentioned in a previous review, but had still not been properly fixed.

It is a nice small apartment, very frugal, but ok. Well located, close to the Cathedral.

Apartment is in fourth floor with no elevator, so don't go if you have mobility issues (or heavy lugagge). Overall maintenance could be better. Horrible wifi range, it only worked if you stood near the door. Host sent us a note asking if they could help with something. Our reply went to a "no_reply" address. The address they then suggested also rejected the message. The problem remained unresolved.
