Great value for money.
The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a public parking near and this helped a lot too. We could leave the car there and either walk to the city center or take the bus, worked great!

A nice apartment a little out of the centre
The apartment was modern and clean. It was spacious for 2 people and would have been comfortable to stay for longer than the 2 nights that we stayed there.
The check in was advertised as 3pm, but pushed back to 4pm by the host over Whatsapp message. The lady that met us was very pleasant and let us in for a quick freshen up before we went out but our plans had to change due to this error. They did give us a bottle of wine as an apology and she did try to do her best for us but it wasn't what we expected. The host has said it was his error and hopefully the correct check in time now shows. It was also advertised as having an iron which we could not locate.

Clean and cozy apartment, comfortable check-in and check-out. Equipped kitchen.
It was really hard to get warm water in the shower - either cold or boiling water. That was the only small inconvenience.

The place was very nice and clean, I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Como. The host was very nice and helpful!
Many stairs need to be considered if staying with kids or having heavy luggage.

Pleasant, clean and stylish apartment, helpful host, quiet location. Very comfortable for two, max. three persons. No problem to find a parking place in front of the house, two supermarkets within 5 minute walking distance.
Third floor without a lift should be taken into consideration especially by people with health problems (or heavy luggage). Not too spacious for four people (have to move dining table when going to extend the sofa for sleeping). Around 30 minutes walk to the lake, but you can take a bus (the bus stop close to the house).
