A perfect transit location, which can become a holiday location

This was the second time we choose Baturcan for our transit accommodation, so we knew what to expect. Like the first time, the appartment at the ground floor was wonderful. It has a large terrace were you can have a nice dinner, a living room with expendable sofa and a kitchenette that had all appliances and vessels needed, a bedroom with large bed and another bedroom with bunkbed. The whole appartment, including the bathroom, was spotessly clean. We had towels for the whole family, as well as shampoo, shower gel, soaps and slippers. The air conditioning worked perfectly considering the 40 degrees Celsius we experienced. The location comprises a few villas with wonderful gardens, where nice and lazy cats will be arround you. It is 2 minutes away from a Sok supermarket for some soft drinks and food supplies and 15 minutes away from a very vivid center with restaurants, bars, shops and even a bazaar. From what I saw during my slow and long walk along Sarimsakli, in 1-2 years it will become a very nice summer resort. Last, but not least, I have to mention Mr. Baturalp, who was a very kind and helpful host. This location can easily be a whole holiday destination, not only for transit. I highly recommend!

The owner has waited for us at the scheduled time in front of the property. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The city center is about 1.5 kilometers walking distance from the property.

There was't wi-fi connection. Beach is 600 m far, not 150 m like they wrote. Bed sheets are low quality.

Perfect

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and the shops. There is a car park. Which is actually very important. The host was very kind and helpful. There was a big balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Having a waching machine and dishwasher is a very big plus.

The room was a bit small for 3 persons. There is enough bed but not enough space to move around. Consider this before booking (we didnt, our bad!) It is perfect for 2 persons.

A very pleasant and cosy accomodation in a clean apartment with a big terrace. Easy car parking on the street just by the location. There îs a Migros supermarket at two minutes wall. The beach is at five minutes away and the centre of the resort îs at ten minutes walk. The owner Baturcan îs very nice and helpful.

Wir würden wiederkommen!

Kleine, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Terrasse. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und gut durchdacht. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und die Nachbarn auch. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man sich große Tücher mitnimmt, kann man dort ein Gestell nutzen und sich Schatten machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Das Ortszentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Хорошие тихие аппартаменты в спальном районе Айвалыка. До пляжа пешком можно дойти за 15-20 мин. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Номер с двумя спальнями очень удобный для большой семьи. Есть оборудованная кухня и стиральная машина. Кровати с удобными матрасами, чисто и комфортно. На улице достаточно места для парковки автомобиля. Хозяин внимательный и доброжелательный, ждал нас для позднего заселения.

Super fijne verblijf gehad! Ontzettend vriendelijk mensen echt een aanrader! Alles was letterlijk op een loopafstand, zee was 250 meter van ons verblijfplaats en de lokale winkels ook allemaal om de hoek. Goede service schoon hygiënisch. Zeker herhaling vatbaar. Schone strand zee vriendelijke lokale mensen.
