Excellent rapport qualité prix qui justifie une note maximale. Appartement bien situé dans un bon quartier , avec des petits commerces à proximité et un grand magasin carrefour à 600 mètres avec un grand rayon vin pour les cadeaux du retour. Appartement bien équipé avec chauffage , climatisation et machine à laver. Bonne literie avec un lit double large . 2 jeux de clés pour plus d'indépendance. Rubin , l'hôte, est très sympathique et nous a attendu alors que l'avion était en retard. Appartement bien sécurisé avec un gardien à l'accueil. Check-out simplifié.
Une machine à capsule pour le café serait un plus .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rubin was an excellent host who met us at the property and gave us a lot of useful advice about the area. The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, parks, restaurants and transport. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
