I was the only guest at the bed & breakfast the night of my stay. Laura was very accommodating with my uncertain schedule. I checked in late and didn't have a chance to experience the house in its full glory until the next morning. Being the only guest, I had the shared bathroom all to myself. It was there that I noticed vintage lifestyle magazines. I was captivated by their content and late for the 8:30 breakfast because of it. Laura is what makes this place shine. Breakfast was delicious and felt like the level of hospitality you can only get at high-class places, but had the familiarity of conversation with a new friend. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and gardens, but I needed to get back on the road. Ever since I left, I've been trying to find an excuse to return and enjoy this property again. A wonderful stay, one you won't regret if you want elevated, simple pleasures.
I wish I had shown up sooner to enjoy this property. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The house and gardens were beautiful! The bed and bedding was very comfortable and cozy! Shared bathroom was clean and roomier than I expected for a home of this age.@
