Roberto was very helpful. The room was a good size. Bed was comfortable and reasonable breakfast. Located in the old town and free parking not too far away.
Be prepared to walk a few stairs to find the place. The balcony door was a bit flimsy and wardrobe door kept swinging open. Rather than individual soaps etc a large bottle of soap and body/hair wash provided. Castelsardo was surprisingly quiet.

The hosts, Roberto & Sonia were kind & welcoming. The views are amazing especially having a delicious breakfast on the rooftop patio. Very clean and comfortable, in walking distance to the castle, duomo, & eateries. A short walking distance from free parking.

Location was perfect to visit the old town.
Creaky doors with glass of which each time other guests used common areas light entered the room. AC was a portable that was too loud (70db) to sleep with. Front door needed to be slammed to be closed , waking you up each time guests came in.
