Le studio est situé à 2 pas de la plage avec un accès privé. La vue sur la mer au quotidien est vraiment appréciable, c'est le point fort de ce studio. La literie était confortable et plusieurs équipements sont mis à disposition, logement et commodités conformes a l'annonce. La propreté est irréprochable. Très appréciable d'avoir un parking privé avec place attitrée.
Le logement n'est pas très bien isolé, on sentait de l'air dans les contours des fenêtres et nous avons aussi entendu le voisinage (séjour en basse saison). Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur est un peu dommage mais nous étions prévenus en lisant l'annonce. Résidence un peu excentrée, pour aller dans le centre ville il faut aimer marcher un peu ou prendre la voiture. Conseils d'amélioration : le ballon d'eau chaude de 50 L est un peu juste pour 2 personnes
