    The Location, price, staff are good but the cleanliness and facility are not up to the mark. I understand the property requires urgent maintainace and repair which the owner has undertaken to do. Which is a good thing about the owner. I suggest that Agoda should refrain themselves from advertising properties during the property maintainace process. The guest unaware about the ongoing property maintainace work have to face the inconveniences.
