location close to the beach and center of vilage. great terase for eating and having fun with friends. nice view on the see. parking close to property with shade

The house is located in a quite street of Grebastica at 150-200 m from the sea. Walking time less than 5 min., so if you forget something in the room or you just want to have a rest it is easy to go back :)
I would like to highlight the absolute cleanleness overall. Available fresh and clean towels, soap, air conditionning, and good quality toilet paper too (yes, in other places this is not always like that!). Always available hot water so you can easily wash-up dishes or take a shower.
The owners are friendly people. The will not disturb you, but they are there when you need something.
Good parking possibility with pavement.

It was really comfortable family Apartment, modern, clean and beautiful. Very friendly and English speaking owner. Perfect place.
One lady, older from family or staff was very rude.

The gate quietly slides to reveal a small court, lavender bushes, mandarins, parfumes of the Mediterranean and a neat two storey house featuring coloured tile floors, porches and balconies with sea view.
It's all there. Understated hospitality and kind assistance of the owner, the choice of wine, oil and other local products, in house, at very convenient price. Tiny studios with all the essential, clean and tidy. Great views!
House Peran is located near to extremely appealing beaches and offers all one needs for comfortable vacation.
Maybe, a solution to fend mosquitoes from the kitchen (e.g. net on the door to the balcony) would help.
Air conditioning is extra (5euro / day). Pity that the extra charge is not stated on the property description. Relaying on open windows to cool down the house at night will invariably fill up the place with mosquitoes.
