We loved our overnight stay after visiting Logar Valley! The views were sensational and we appreciated the home cooked meals. It was nice to get off the beaten track and enjoy the serenity. The hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Cozy and warm room, rather spacious. As it was raining, we were unable to go out to walk around. Lady boss, though she cannot speak much English, is very friendly, kind and helpful.

The house is located in the mountain, 3 km winding narrow road drive to the foot of the mountain. So, it is advisable to take your meals before driving up, unless Lady Boss agree to prepare dinner for you. The drive to Ljubljana is 1.5 hours via google map, but this distance is driving via the Vellach, Austrian border which is a narrow winding road up the mountain. The distance will stretch by an additional 1 hour via Vransko to Ljubljana if one decided not to drive via the mountain route. The room rate though includes breakfast, is quite expensive.

There was little to recommend with this property, the owners tried hard under the circumstances; they tried to communicate with the little English they knew. It was located in an out of the way location high above Solcave on a mountain gravel road. The room was clean.

Finding this location on the undeveloped Panoramic Road was difficult. Access on a narrow gravel mountain gravel road was a challenge. Our room was located on the upper floors at the top of two long stairways. The bedding was substandard, the breakfast meager and no internet was available even though they supposedly provide it. Heating was not turned on the first night.
