Dissapointing

The one bedroom house described is not a house, it is at best an apartment on a large rin down house. The maintenance is poor with drainage problems in the shower and leakage around the toiley

Magnifique

We had an overnight stay on our way to Paris. Convenient self check-in / check-out process. Enough space for 2 adults + 2 kids. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking. Good value for money. There is a small garden with table and chairs. Should be nice to have breakfast there in a good weather.

Birds pooped all over the car during the night. Obviously they don't like black cars. I certainly don't criticize the property for that, as it is wild nature. If you like birds singing in the morning, you have to deal with side effects..

Beautiful lovely 1 bed house, very clean, everything you want. The proprietor was very kind and friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming place to stay.

Great location, excellent villa with lots of space, well fitted out and great parking. Vesoul is probably not on the normal tourist trail but we had a marvellous stay here.

Very comfortable accommodation in a good location.

It was extremely spacious and very well equipped, and very centrally located in a quiet residential area, only five minutes walk from the town centre, restaurants and bars. There was private parking in front of the house with an electric gate for security. We were met on arrival by Marie-Pierre who showed us around and explained the key/gate system.

Whilst the property was all on one level on the ground floor, the path to the front door was very narrow with loose and uneven stones which could make it awkward for wheel chair access and also for those with mobility difficulties. The toilet was separate from the shower room, with a high level seat, but it would be difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair into position as necessary. We found many restaurants were closed on Wednesday evening, but can recommend Bella Vita for takeaway pizza which we enjoyed back at the house.

Proximity of the city center and quietness of the neighborhood.

Not clean everywhere like the freezer and the dusty bedhead. That home doesn't have anything special or more attractive or cozy compared with others lodgings for the same price, it's just a simple home. Defective light bulb in the bedroom. Antique washing machine and drier not really efficient. .

Le lieu est emprunt d’histoire superbe bâtisse. Très belle grande chambre Marie-Pierre a répondu avec beaucoup de gentillesse à nos demandes. Un grand merci

Le couchage pour 4 est un peu limite: canapé d’appoint. Barre dans le dos. Mais juste pour 1 nuit donc pas de soucis

Avec quelques arrangements nous reviendrons dans ce lieu

Malgré la température extérieure de 11°C l'appartement était très bien chauffé. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking privée

Manque d’étagères de rangement dans la chambre. Il n'y a qu'une penderie avec des cintres. Les placards du couloir sont envahis de linge de rechange de lits. Les joints de la salle de bains sont à rénover et il manque un support dans la douche pour le savon ou le shampoing posés par terre.

Schade

Der Parkplatz im Hof war prima. Nach Beendigung der Arbeiten an der Kirche nebenan war es schön ruhig.

Obwohl als ganzes Haus beworben, handelt es sich nur um eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Dieses und die darüber liegenden Wohnungen werden von weiteren Personen und ihren großen Hunden bewohnt. Schmutz und starker Schimmelgeruch in der Wohnung, diverser Hundekot im Garten/Hof auf den Wegen zur Wohnung, der gesamte Zustand ruft nach ausgiebiger Renovierung.

Fijne centrale ligging in leuk stadje. Prima voor doorreis. Fijn appartementje

Het was nogal klam binnen, vooral nadat we gebruik hadden gemaakt van de keuken. Afzuigkap doet het nauwelijks. E.a. kan wat renovatie gebruiken.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment direkt in der Stadt. Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Schöner Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeit draussen, geräumige Wohnung, zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche, unkomplizierte An- und Abreise, sehr zentral gelegen

Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, etwas schimmlige Dichtungen und fehlende Fugen. Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Bettsofa war ok für unsere Kinder aber musste noch eingerichtet werden.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très bel établissement. Très central et spacieux. La décoration était très moderne et le lit était confortable. Super cuisine très bien équipée. De plus, le logement était très propre.

Salle de bain assez petite, il manque peut être une porte de douche et le carrelage est assez glissant. Par ailleurs, la télévision était un peu petite et il serait également préférable de mettre une porte entre la chambre et la pièce de vie.

Arrivé tardivement tout est mis en place pour récupérer les clefs sans problème, la communication avec les hôtes était très facile, nous avions eu un détail de ou nous garer. Le logement était très bien et propre, ayant passé une seule nuit, le passage a été éclair.

Le canapé lit n'était pas terrible malheureusement.
