Wonderful for a getaway!

Great little villa, nice pool, comfortable and beautiful view.

The property was great but the village was very deserted so it was difficult to find places to eat or chill. Better suited if you plan to cook

The villa was just excellent. The stuff friendly and polite.

The WiFi literally did not exist. We couldn’t even find the name of the network. We did not complain as we were using our data. We are just mentioning for others that might need it. Also the TV was barely working.

Wonderful view and great facilities.

Keys were left on the window at the entrance, very simple and convenient as we arrived later than anticipated. The view in the morning was amazing, the sounds at night were intriguing.

Nice stay for a weekend.

The property is situated just outside the village by the sea (Agia Anna, beach Agali). It is comprised by a complex of villas. We stayed at Villa no.1, which had the biggest pool. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as it is really beautiful. The pool is cleaned every day in the morning and the view is nice as it overlooks the sea.

The amount we paid for the villa is a bit overpriced. The area does not offer a lot and the village of Agia Anna is a very basic village with no amenities. Also it is a shame that the beautiful green forest which used to surround the villas is damaged by fires a few years back. Although the property is nice and the owners take very good care of it, it is expensive for the area. Also note that you need to travel to the village to buy food or drinks as there is nothing around the property e.g. a mini market etc. Also check in time is very late (15.00).

Spacious and cosy family appartments with private pool overlooking Agia Anna beach.

Great view, private pool, appartment size (two floors with two separate bedrooms on the ground floor), quiteness, nice appartment complex aesthetics (+greenery) at an affordable price.

Pillow and mattress could be more comfy, pool could be deeper, check-out could be a bit later (instead of 11:00am).

Excellent destination for families.

Maisonette was well designed and spacious. View was nice. We had a lot of fun, enjoyed our stay and is really likely to book again in the future.

Some noisy neighbours, but I guess this could happen everywhere. If the accommodation was equipped with an oven a dishwasher, that would be really great.

Nice place, but…

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. The beds were nice. The pool is great for kids. It was a good base for Northern Evia and had beautiful views and a relaxing vibe.

Poor value for the cost. Wi-fi is terrible to border on non-existent. No kitchen amenities like tea, coffee, salt or even a roll of paper towels. No window screens in the main living area. I don’t know if this is just market rate in Evia but similar places around Greece come with much, much, more.

Great location for family worry-free vacations

We were upgraded to a Luxury villa which was a bit roomier. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Pool was perfect size/depth for little kids. Friendly staff. Amazing location for short excursions. Really quiet complex.

Kitchen was not fully equipped as was missing a small oven (or a combi microwave). Pillows were really uncomfortable. Parking spots were reserved for each villa, however were on a steep hill, some cars/drivers might find it difficult to climb.

Almost perfect!

Νέες εξαιρετικές εγκαταστάσεις με πανέμορφη θέα. Λίγες νότες προσοχής ακόμα θα το καταστήσουν σημείο αναφοράς για οικογενειακές αποδράσεις.

Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει Nespressιέρα και μηχανή γαλλικού (ή αμερικανικού αναλόγως πως το λέει ο καθένας) χωρίς ωστόσο να έχει ατομικές μερίδες καφέ, ζάχαρης,γάλατος. Τα ανωτέρω σε συνδυασμό με πάγο στην κατάψυξη για μας τους εραστές τους καφέ θα ήταν ένα μεγάλο plus. Θέλει λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα. Πχ το διπλό κρεβάτι από κάτω είχε αρκετές τρίχες από προηγούμενους παραθεριστές. Μπορεί να ξεφύγε ok και προφανώς αν δεν μου έπεφτε κάτω κάτι δεν θα το παρατηρούσα καν. Δεν μου άρεσαν τα μαξιλάρια. Το πάρκινγκ είναι σε επίπεδο με κλίση. Θέλει λίγη προσοχή.

Η θέα στην παραλία ήταν όλα τα λεφτά.

Λόγω τεχνικού προβλήματος όπως μας αναφέρθηκε δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση στο wifi, το οποίο αν κ δεν ήταν υπαιτιότητα του καταλύματος δεν παύει να είναι μια παροχή λιγότερη. Επίσης η διαρρύθμιση της βίλας για κάποιον που έχει θέμα με τις σκάλες είναι πρόκληση.
