We were going to the opera at Glyndebourne and this inn was perfectly located. Our room was ready so we could change into evening dress in the early afternoon. The room was spacious,very well maintained and decorated to a high standard.
The ready wrapped continental breakfast was not a great start to the day.

We stayed here for 2 nights as the base for our trip from London to Love Supreme Jazz festival. It was perfectly located for where we needed to get to and we can’t complain anything about the facilities. Room and bathroom were clean and well presented. The main bed was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoy the stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the pub on the first night and the food was great too.
Hot breakfast would have been appreciated although the continental breakfast in the room was alright.

The "continental breakfast" consisted of packets of cereal, some yogurt, orange juice, some fruit and packaged croissants which were inedible. Given the cost of the room, very inadequate Room very dark
