Qualité du logement et calme absolu

L’absence des propriétaires pour des raisons personnelles et familiales ne nous a pas permis d’avoir des infos sur le fonctionnement de la télé et du Wifi.

The house is in a good location for walking to Limoux, lovely views and easy to get to surrounding towns and there is plenty of parking.

I'll be honest and this is intended so that the owners can hopefully take the review as helpful for their future business. First impressions are very important for guests, the following are things that you might consider to improve your guests experience. Beds made up on arrival Additional blankets available Curtains in every room Rooms clean Showers and baths clean and residue removed from plugs Toilets fixed to the floor/wall Heating on and rooms warm A few tablets for the dishwasher & a small amount of washing liquid Stair handrail secured to the wall Clean dishcloth in the kitchen A few more plates, cups, glasses and cooking pots Toilet paper in the toilets (and extra available) Extra refuse bags Wifi access Check the guests have what they need after 1 or 2 days A copy of a contact telephone / text number or email in the property We arrived late after driving all day and entered a cold house and then had to make all the beds, we threw a dirty washing cloth out and the next day had to buy things for our stay (new sponges, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, paper towels, toilet paper and bin bags). The facilities are a little old, and the welcome experience could be better.
