Der Standort ist sehr gut, man hat direkt einen Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Der Strand ist keine 5 min entfernt. Schöne Küche. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum

Das WLAN ist nicht das beste aber funktioniert, die Badezimmer sind etwas älter (störte uns persönlich nicht)

Понравилось всё! В этом доме есть всё для комфортного проживания. Качественная бытовая техника, само жильё очень удобное по всем параметрам!!! Урбан большой молодец, нам всё показал и рассказал, видно, что человек с большой любовью относится к своему жилью и к его гостям!!! Много посуды и техники для приготовления еды! Мы обязательно сюда вернёмся!!! Нашей компании из 8 человек было очень комфортно и удобно!!! Большое спасибо!!!

The reality is quite different from what is shown in the pictures. The apartment, which is from the 1990s, has had some renovations, but the work was done carelessly and the unit is not properly maintained. For example, the kitchen hood is not connected to a ventilation pipe and just blows air back into the room. You might also need to bring a screwdriver with you just to get the shower to work well. However, the main problem with this apartment is a large underground sewage collector in front of the building, which causes a foul smell to come in through the windows and into the yard. And how did the owner try to fix this? They hid about 50 hanging car air fresheners in every room, including the bathrooms. I'm not sure which smelled worse: the air fresheners or the sewage. This doesn't even include the smaller issues, like ants in the room, dirty floor or the cheapest toilet paper that you have to fold four times to use. As for the beach you see in the images, it is beautiful but not kid-friendly. There are cold underground streams that surface in the water, so in some spots, the temperature is about 14C right next to areas where the seawater is 23C. We had to drive elsewhere to find a warmer beach.
