Villa Kontrada

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and honestly had the best time in Zadar ever! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming and approachable. They personally gave us the keys, showed us around the villa and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also very easy to contact and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is already provided, including towels, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent and other essentials. This was such a thoughtful touch because after a long journey, we didn’t have to worry about immediately going shopping for basic supplies. The swimming pool was one of our favourite parts of the villa. It was so relaxing, with comfortable sunbeds, a shower and pool towels. The lovely covered BBQ area was perfect for enjoying family meals and spending relaxing evenings together. The villa has four lovely bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet, which was perfect for our family. We also loved the two balconies, where we could enjoy breakfast, morning tea and simply relax. Our children absolutely loved the games room and the pool and had such a fantastic time. It really made the holiday special for them. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we always felt safe and comfortable. The garage and additional parking spaces in the garden and outside were also very convenient and gave us peace of mind. The air conditioning was excellent and kept the whole villa lovely and cool during the hot summer weather. Overall, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa is beautiful, clean, safe, comfortable and has everything a family could want. The owners are genuinely lovely people and made us feel very welcome.

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The owners gave us a lovely welcome and were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It was so nice to arrive and find tea, coffee, cooking oils, spices, a kettle, coffee maker, and all the kitchen essentials already there, meaning we didn't have to rush to the shop straight away. The washing machine and washing line were also really useful during our stay. The location is excellent, with a shop just a one-minute walk away. The views of the mountains and the sea are absolutely stunning, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning. The pool was fantastic and perfect for all the family, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Towels were provided for both the bathrooms and the pool, and the air conditioning throughout the villa kept everything lovely and cool. The games room was a real bonus, with a PlayStation, table football, boules, chess, and other games to keep everyone entertained. In the evenings we enjoyed BBQs using the charcoal barbecue and spent hours playing cards under the beautifully lit pergola. This villa had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing family holiday. We made some wonderful memories here and would definitely stay again.

Leaving to go home

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und man ist irgendwie binnen 15 min überall mit dem Auto. Es ist schön zugewachsen und man hat da viel Platz für sich. Wir reisten als zwei Familien an und waren begeistert wie Mega gut die Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt sind. Es gibt einfach zusätzlich Türen, bevor es in Fluren ging, wo die Schlafzimmer waren. Es war einfach perfekt, so hatte man auch viel Ruhe, selbst wenn im Wohnzimmer Trubel war. Im unteren Teil, hat es sowas wie ein kleinen Spielbereich gegeben, wo einfach eine ps5 mit paar Spielen steht. Unsere Zocker Kinder waren begeistert. Der Pool ist herrlich, er hat die perfekte Größe, viele Liegen zum chillen und es gibt einfach unheimlich viele Handtücher. Grill nutzten wir auch des Öfteren, Grillkohle war dafür auch vorhanden. Abends kamen die Mücken und auch dafür sind Mücken Sachen vor Ort. Die Küche war wunderbar eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht, für Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine war auch einfach alles da. Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage und im unteren sogar 2. und als ob das nicht schon sowieso Jackpot gewesen wäre, waren die Vermieter super freundlich, halfen sofort bei Fragen und kamen sofort vorbei wenn etwas war. Wir werden wieder kommen.
