Great location for ski in ski out

Check in was painful and unorganised. This is the fourth time I have stayed there but I won’t be staying again following the check in process this time.

Good location decent value could be a bit better if you repair and restore 0008 a little ,

Good location rooms fair 0008 had damage/ leaks / blood stains, d 0324 was ok again tho some fabric stains and missing fobs which impacted my guests a little. But overall not bad thank you

not fit for purpose

the apartment was not very clean, pubic hair all over the shower. the apartment was in a poor state, needing a complete overhaul. the comment if our wives were with us, we would have had to move. shower would not empty, and black bits coming up from the shower. toilet was disgusting, black in the bowl. mould and peeling paint.

Wifi was not operational for the duration and agency was unable to help. No discount offered. Beds were miniscule and uncomfortable.

The accommodation was a really good size and had a lovely view of the mountains. Great skiing.

The keys were not ready until nearly 6.30pm. There was no where to wait other than outside which was fine as we were all adults but I would not have liked to do that with my children as it was getting quite cold. the bar opposite was closed until 7pm.

Staying in French ski resorts is often only a small step up from camping.

location was good with view of the slope. Apartment was warm and clean

there were not enough sheets or pillow cases (1 pillow case for the two of us) no towels and worst of all? No toilet paper. That is taking mean to a new level. The property was advertised as having WiFi and it did at EXTRA cost (not advertised) and even then the extra 39€ was a waste of money as speeds were too slow.

Miss sold and false advertising

Location was perfect, right next to prodains gondola

It’s tiny and miss sold by the photos of property. Don’t be fooled. This is only big enough for a family of 4 with small children. Advertising to be able to fit 5 adults is totally unrealistic.
