1950 s building which has just been totally redone. All four units rented on Airbnb. Each unit with a different motif.

This is not a place to rent if you wish to be social and invite friends over to hang out, before going out, or after going out after the bars are closed. This is more for the business travelers and vacationers who plan to be out exploring most of the time and using the apt as a place to sleep. I say this for the although its a complete remodel the building itself it is from the 1950s, and there is real hardwood floor so sound/noise travels and there are three other Airbnb rentals and usually the building is full.

Clean, cute apartment with huge bed. I have no complaints - kitchen is fully stocked and it’s walking distance to a few coffee shops and Whole Foods. Really enjoyed it. The host responded fast to all over messages.

Good location in uptown Dallas. Centrally located and convenient.

The unit may have not been used lately but the smell and mold had my allergies active our whole stay. I was miserable!!
I also was irritated that absolutely no TV was available and was not disclosed until after the commitment was made.
