Located in the much sought-after Grandview complex is this second floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a washer/dryer within the unit. This unit is like a corner unit in size and the large patio has a BBQ and patio furniture for you to enjoy the views.
Bedroom One – Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Two – Queen Upper/Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 4)
Bathroom One – Full ensuite with bathtub/shower and heated floors
Bathroom Two – Full bathroom adjacent to bedroom two with heated floors
Highlights include: bright windows and a lovely deck for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery in winter or summer. Walk up the one flight of stairs, or take the elevator.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite washroom. Take in the mountain views right from bed.
The second bedroom has a custom made queen lower and queen upper bunk bed.
The living room is very bright with a cozy gas fireplace, brand new sectional and flat-screen T.V. Nine-foot ceilings give it the extra touch of luxury.
This is an open concept condo with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room opens to the living room.
Ski directly out from the ground floor private ski locker room complete with waxing table. To ski back home – ski to the top of the Silver Queen chair and a short 2-minute walk across the street will get you back home.

Grandview Dream is a fully equipped condo with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay.
The shared hot tub is open for the winter seasons only and is not open during the shoulder or summer seasons.

My wife, adult daughter and I had a wonderful week long stay. Great location just up the hill from the ski village and able to ski down; clean;quiet; well equipped with easy parking in the parking lot even in the snow. Kitchen was well stocked including with lots of spices.

This is spacious and very comfortable condo. The kitchen is well equipped. One of the best places we've rented.

It’s a nice place, good location but needs a nice facelift. Declutter the living space, upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms and it would be a winner. Not sure why but the master bed is levelled with paintbrushes and you can be in bed and view the family photo.
But the location is great and the complex is quiet
