Great building with wonderful amenities!
Unfortunately, the beds are VERY HARD and uncomfortable. We went home with major backaches.
If the property manager upgraded the beds the stay would be a 10/10!

The property was beautiful but I don’t know that I would use global luxury again. I received emails and texts from different people. It was confusing. When I requested late check out, One said late check out was not available and then another said it was . They overcharged me for the late check out, more than what was quoted, and when I brought this to their attention they simply said they would send the receipt. They did not hear what I was saying or offer to look into it for me. I had to pursue them. Multiple emails and calls later they acknowledge their mistake, apologized and credited my credit card.
I feel this was extremely poor management and customer service.
