The Cottage at Chichester is six minutes from Phoenicia, just ten minutes to Hunter Mountain and twenty minutes from Woodstock. Nestled between two mountains, with a stream at the rear of the property, the cottage offers a serene wooded setting which is sure to delight. The beautiful new deck features built in hidden lighting, perfect for enchanted summer evenings.
The cottage is kept immaculately clean, nothing less will do for our guests. You'll enjoy the full tile bath with retro style sink, the heart wood floors, modern kitchen and skylights. The night sky is unimpeded by artificial light, the views are amazing!

The cottage is lovely. Could use a new sofa.In no way the owners fault but there was no water Definitely not on the creek either. I feel folks should know the creek is very weather dependent. Yard is well maintained and has both sun and shade trees.

Nice, older cottage in the woods with deck and umbrella/table overlooking the woods. Is on a state road, but peaceful and quiet with a large lot, and a creek. Kitchen was very well stocked, and had an expresso unit, dishwasher. Paul was an excellent host, with detailed directions to the cottage, easy check in. Close by restaurants, hiking trails, Mt. Tremper. Would suggest some deeper cleaning, found mouse droppings in silverware drawer.

The cabin was the perfect choice for it's location. We used it as our home base while running the Manitous Revenge Ultra Marathon. Super close to town and all the hiking the Catskills have to offer. Also, perfect location to enjoy the Esopus Creek.

Paul was very nice, he even came by on the second day to introduce himself. I did have to clean out the freezer and fridge ( leftover food ) , but overall nice. Great location to relax after a long day.
