The location was perfect, literally 100m from everything. Easy walk as accommodation is NOT at the top of a steep hill, just an easy gradual slope. This is a big bonus in Tolo!! Parking was available and free of charge (in peak season I would imagine this would not be guaranteed though)
The owners, two brothers, were absolutely delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go out off their way to make everyone feel welcome and to sort out anything you need in the rooms.
The rooms are simple, older Greek style but are bright and have everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the linen and pillows etc were good quality. The kitchenette was a bonus and makes this better than having a hotel room as it was possible to make a snack if needed. The room was incredibly clean and the cleaners come in very often to empty the bins and have a sweep. They change towels and linen regularly. The air-conditioning was excellent. There were blackout curtains to block out the light and heat, so it was possible to get a good nights sleep and not wake up at sunrise.
The views from the upper floors were absolutely amazing, across the entire bay of Tolo. Waking up to this was a big bonus. It also meant there was quite often a little breeze through the studio.
This is not a luxury accommodation but it is more than adequate for a comfortable stay in Tolo. It is exceptional value considering the location, cleanliness and hospitality.

Very kind and helpful owner and the cleaning lady! Good location and (in our case) excellent view on the sea!
The apartment is very small but if you’re looking for a budget place to stay it’s a good choice.
The only thing that could be better is the kitchen stuff, like plates and other dishes. It’s a big challenge to cook a dinner. For breakfast it’s okay.
Also there is no washing machine so if you’re staying for longer and want to do laundry you need to go to Nafplio, there is a shared washing service.

Perfeeeeect place! Apartman has the best view! We enjoyed amazing sunrise and beautiful view to the sea and boats. Everything was clean and our host was so welcoming and smiled all the time. He gave us all information needed and helped.
We were in the same apartmant 8 years ago and it is still the best terrace view in Tolo. All recommendations for this host and the apartmant! 😊

Luminosa, ampia, pulitissima, con le lenzuola che sanno di pulito, un balcone con vista spettacolare sul golfo di Tolos. Parcheggio privato a disposizione dei clienti. Ottima posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Personale super accogliente e cordiale. Il gestore, persona onestissima, ci ha anche cercato dopo il check out perché avevamo lasciato dei contanti in un cassetto! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Top!
