AS YOU WISH at Beachside Condos, GULF VIEW, Community Pool, Balcony

PLEASE READ the full property description, booking information, and policies below before submitting a Reservation Request. After submitting a Reservation Request please watch for our reply within 24 hours as a message will be sent to you that you will need to reply to before your Reservation Request is accepted. Also, this unit is for sale. The current owner plans on putting in the real estate contract that all reservations will remain in place. I am only the Rental Manager though and so can not guarantee it. If the unit sells, and the new owner for some reason did not honor reservations, I could give you a refund of all if it is before 60 days before your arrival date, but if it is within 60 days of the arrival date the $ Guest Service Fee that Vrbo charges and the $ Administrative Fee I might not be able to refund because Vrbo might not refund that within 60 days.


This property is being offered to rent by Beaches of South Walton Vacations - a rental management company managing vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach Florida for 17 years. After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person.

The name of this unit is As You Wish, and it is located at Beachside Condos in Seagrove Beach Florida between Seaside Resort and Seacrest Beach. This condo is on second floor. The condo has a gulf view from the balcony. There is also a community pool for guests to enjoy.

A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the property. Children visiting with their parents are welcome. The maximum number of people that may occupy the unit including adults and children is five. Pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Parking for 1 vehicle only. Trailers of any kind, boats, or RV's are strictly prohibited.

A damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. The actual physical card is not needed.

Full payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance through the Vrbo advertising site, the phone number and Website to the travel insurance company can be provided to you later if you would like. Please keep in mind that the insurance company might not sell insurance within 30 days of an arrival date. You will need to check with them about that and for pricing. If you buy travel insurance, the insurance company can sometimes reimburse you for monies lost should you need to cancel for an emergency within 60 days of the arrival date.
