Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. Great breakfast with friendly helpful staff. There is a small sandy beach 2 minutes from the apartment. I recommend getting the shuttle bus to Altinkum beach and also the beautiful town of Alacati.

Sea side view with breakfast, short stroll to the beach

We really enjoyed the view and walking to waterfront was easy.

The furniture was quite dirty and beds were sunken in the middle. The powerboard got overloaded and cut the power in the dark.

Overall it was nice and spacious because we stayed in the two bedroom apartment.

We liked the sea view when we got moved up to the third floor and the size of the flat was spacious. The breakfast was also quite good. Just wish they included coffee. We didn’t like the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It made it hard for us to use the bathroom because the smell was strong. Wish they had some laundry detergent to use for the washer. We had to buy a bag and they didn’t have a small amount in the store or individual pods. Also, would have been nice if they had some bottled water available for us at least for the arrival day.

Superb

The apartment was really good, with all you need. An excellent option to be in Cesme - Alacati. 50 meters from the sea. Excellent breakfast in a restaurant . The Internet was very good.

I stayed for almost a month. Last week it started a construction next door, they drilled stones for 8 hours per day. The hotel is not responsible but it was a torture. I couldn't work at the apartment.

Clear and spacious apartment with excellent location for reasonable price

Location is excellent. Not in crowdy part of the city, but the same time near the seaside. 5 min walk to the center. Administration was able checked in us before 14:00 and thanks them for this. Free parking available +a lot of cafes around. Apartment was spacious and clean. Own kitchen with all utensils. Balcony included. A lot shared space where you can hang out together with a friends + 2 separate bedrooms for privacy. Bath accessories included.

1. We had an apartment with a strange entrance to shower. Inside the bathroom you need open 2 doors of shower in opposite sides. On the one hand, the toilet prevents opening the door, on the other - the washbasin and you have a narrow passage to enter the shower. Not so comfortable. 2. A little upset was we expected sea view from apartment as on photos but in fact you have sea view only on the last two floors. We had apartment on second floor with the view on the building. I would say 8,5 out of 10 is fair rate for this apartment.

Absolument RIEN

Il est intolérable de louer un appartement aussi sale, en pleine décrépitude, c'est vraiment honteux. Appartement 301. Salle de bain, ne vous invitant pas à vous doucher. La cuvette des toilettes dans un état déplorable, poubelle non vidée. Cuisine très sale, avec peu d'équipement, deux tasses à café uniquement, pas de bol, pas de petite cuillère, poële, casserole, épluche légumes, etc. Table salle à manger bricolée, avec un pied très curieux, 4 chaises dépareillées. Radiateur complètement rouillé. Tous les volets roulants hors service, sauf un. Concernant la literie si vous désirez avoir des ressorts qui vous rentrent dans le dos, vous êtes au bon endroit, sans oublier les grincements, et aussi matelas hors d'âge. Bruit, alors que l'appartement se trouve entre deux rues passantes. Le propriétaire n'a jamais pu nous donner le bon code wifi, ni la personne de la réception. Certainement que le propriétaire n'est intéressé que par l'ARGENT. Ce n'est pas respecter le touriste. Force est de constater que les photos sont trompeuses, ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Toutes nos photos jointes peuvent vous confirmer nos écrits.

Smerig, lawaaierig, onveilig en niet wat er beloofd werd. Ik raad dit niemand aan.

el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, al lado del puerto, comercios y restaurantes. tambien hay una playa bonita a 30 segundos andando.

El baño desprendia olor y daba sensacion de suciedad ya que el plato de ducha tenia manchas negras en la mampara y los grifos con cal. el mobiliario es viejo pero sirve para su funcion . la cocina y menaje era pobre , no tenía trapos y balletas para limpiar, alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas o friegaplatos. creo que es lo minimo que debe tener un apartamento completo de alquiler (al menos en España son gestos de cortesia)

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der İnnenstadt von Çeşme und gegenüber vom Meer, freundliches Personal, der Inhaber ist sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, sehr sauber (Putzfrau kann jederzeit angesprochen werden wenn gereinigt werden muss) das Frühstück mit abwechselndem Gebäck, leckeren Marmelade Sorten, Honig, Erdnussbutter, Käsesorten und vieles Mehr ist 1A.
