The room was spacious & very clean! Even though the restaurant had closed, the staff provided me with a late dinner and early breakfast, and they dropped me off at the airport, which was less than 10 min by car.
The gym should be cleaned, but I told them this at checkout and they took my request seriously. So hopefully from now on it is better maintained :)

The host was excellent and stayed in constant contact with us even before we landed. Although we were there for only a few hours, they made sure everything was ready for our stay.
The room and washroom were both clean, and all the amenities listed were provided. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was punctual, making our journey hassle-free. They even woke us up in time for our early morning flight, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying here.
The only drawback of this property was its close proximity to the airport. As a result, there was considerable noise from planes taking off and landing, which may be a concern for light sleepers.

Dayan the office manager was so helpful. He collected us from a midnight arrival at the airport and waited for us to pick up a SIM card.
The hotel was just what we needed, as a stop before continuing our journey the next day.
It was incredibly clean, had a water cooler in the room, fridge and enough plugs to charge everything. The shower and toilet were spotless. I highly recommend staying here

Very good option for a night near Colombo airport. The location is very convenient, close to the international airport, making transfers easy. We arrived around 1am and the staff welcomed us very kindly and were extremely accommodating, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. A special thanks to Dayan and Nishadi, who were especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay, including helping us organize a taxi the next day.
The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed and very effective blackout curtains, so we slept very well. We also enjoyed the breakfast served on the rooftop (extra charge), which was very good and served in a pleasant setting.
As expected for a hotel near the airport, you can hear some airplanes, but it did not disturb our sleep thanks to the comfort of the room.
