Rosewood Guest Cottage

Prons : The place is very beautiful, and very clean, the beds were comfortable, it was like we were at home, my kids loved the pool, we loved the place it was quiet and peaceful. Cons : There were a lot of cockroaches around the tea station they came out at night around the fridge, which was a bit disgusting, they needed to fumigate the place.

When we first arrived, the staff that welcomed us was not very nice (lacked customer service), she was so rude, I think she couldn't explain to us our stays were we located, I booked a charlet which had 3 beds and a cottage which had 1 bed ,she gave us 2 keys to the charlet only , when I asked her about the second room, she's said they only gave her 2 keys only, she even asked us when are leaving on the same day which I found it very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't answer her because we needed to leave in a rush to the wedding. Later on the same day, the owner Roseta called us around 9:30pm asking if we were still bringing another person for the cottage, I was so angry and could not do other arrangements. All we needed was a refund for the Cottage costs that were not afforded on arrival.
