Il monolocale, carino e sazioso è situato nel centro storico di Teramo. Facilmente raggiungibile e in un bel palazzo d'epoca.
Quando siamo arrivate la temperatura all'interno del monolocale era di 18°, freddissima. Devo dire che è abbastanza attrezzato come cucina, ma non c'era una coperta in più, e abbiamo avuto freddo. I lenzuoli, seppur puliti, facevano odore di muffa: probabilmente sono rimasti troppo a lungo in lavatrice o riposti ancora umidi.
