This property is absolutely amazing!
Very spacious, had a lot of outdoor space, bbq facilities, beds were comfortable and included even a great collection of books :)

Locatia este intr-un loc linistit si frumos (probabil foarte frumos in timpul verii).
Vila este foarte mare si incapatoare cu bucatarie foarte bine echipata.
Curte mare cu multe facilitati (gratar, foisor, lumini ambientale) - probabil foarte frumos in timpul verii.
Accesul auto catre vila este bun.
Parcarea se face in fata proprietatii (dar in afara gardului proprietatii)
Vila are un sistem de incalzire gen termo-semineu pe baza de lemne si un sistem de calorifere subdimensionat (mai ales in bai).
Din aceast motiv, focul a trebuit alimentat non-stop, lucru care a rezulat in alimentarea focului la fiecare 1.5 - 2 ore.
Daca focul se stingea in semineu, in maxim 1 ora, vila se racea destul de repede.
Aditional, semineul avea 2 capace la partea superioara, loc pe unde din cand in cand (mai ales cand bagam lemne in semineu) iesea destul de mult fum (a trebuit sa dechidem geamuri la parter si etaj pentru aerisire)
Din aceste motive, calitatea vacantei a fost afectata (mai ales trezirea repetata de 4-5 ori in timpul noptii ca sa fac focul)
