Appartamento su due livelli in ottima posizione, parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura, supermercato a 100 mt. Alloggio situato nelle immediate vicinanze del litorale. Ambiente decisamente confortevole e moderno, cucina super attrezzata e letti comodi. Il bagno è ampio e doccia spaziosa, il condizionatore è decisamente indispensabile e funzionale. L'accesso al terrazzino di proprietà è un ulteriore plus per fare colazione con vista molo e mare. Host professionale, gentile e molto disponibile.
Non ci sono critiche particolari, soprattutto se sei consapevole che l'appartamento si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore e che l'alloggio è su due livelli, collegati da scala non proprio agevole.

super lage, superschöne dachterrasse mit tollem blick, großzügige wohnung - perfekt für paar mit kind(ern), super ausgestattet! schönes, modernes badezimmer, klimaanlage für das bett im oberen teil der wohnung, superzentral und trotzdem ruhig. wir kamen wegen stau sehr spät an, aber wurden von monica und renato trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen <3 sie fragten auch immer wieder nach, ob alles ok sei.
für uns alles top, aber zu beachten: es sind viele treppen zur wohnung!
