Really lovely apartment - spacious and well-located.
The washing machine was a helpful addition, and we enjoyed the card game we found on the coffee table!
For a self-catering accommodation, we found it disappointing that there wasn’t the basic setup for cooking - no salt, pepper or oil.
There was a Nespresso coffee machine and some pods provided, but unfortunately the machine was so dirty that we needed to descale it before it even worked.

Everything I could have wanted was here! A washing machine, comfy sofa, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed balcony, drying rack were all provided. 15 minute walk through the forest on a paved path to arrive to Plitvice Park entrance 2 (much quieter and less busy). Convenient grocery is a 1 minute walk (closed Sunday). Safe area and responsive host. Great air conditioner.
Shower head wasn’t working correctly.

Communication with host was excellent, and she was very accommodating, store not far from apartment was very handy, the apartment itself had a sunroom which added a nice space as a bonus. Kitchen and lounge a good size. Had a feeling of local community, I suspect many people that work at the lakes have apartments here. Not far to walk to entrance 2 via footpath.
Shower head not working well (comments mentioned in July review) blocked drain in shower (mentioned in Sept/Oct 2023 review). Cleanliness poor, washing machine liquid tray had mildew we cleaned it before use, dishes dirty/greasy, apartment dusty, fridge dirty remnants of spills down the door and on the floor (all this has been mentioned in previous reviews) Nil basic set up with condiments. Walk down to the lake entrance 2 with luggage in tow is a task, steps/gravel on a gradient and not recommended unless you are semi fit and have backpacks. Looking at an average of 15-20 minutes to and from. Needs to be flagged for those that are older or below semi fit and don't have a car.
