Everything about it was fabulous, our villa opened out to a beautiful pool area with attractive sunbeds and chairs and the view was spectacular. The Villa was very well maintained and had everything we needed. This included some very thoughtful provisions that were waiting for us.
A short (but very steep) walk led us into a lovely village that came alive at night with busy bars, restaurants and a few shops.
Absolutely nothing, but take note, for some reason the pool is closed from 3-5pm which is an inconvenient time. I am however not going to drop the score based on this because otherwise it was so wonderful,

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι στην άκρη της Πέρδικας προς την πλευρά της θάλασσας. Όλος ο πάνω όροφος ήταν σαλοκουζίνα και κάτω τα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπάνιο και WC κάτω, ακόμη ένα WC πάνω. 4 μπαλκόνια, απίστευτη θέα στα δύο μπροστινά. Ωραία πισίνα, αν και δεν την τιμήσαμε. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένειες.

Very clean and spacious room with many benefits and comforts.
Organized kitchen with coffee makers, kettles and toasters as well as cooking utensils.
Large fridge and oven.
Spacious bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer..
Cozy living room with TV and several storage spaces.
Screens on all the windows and the door.
Outdoor area with chairs and table in front of the pool.
The mattress on the bed was clean but not particularly comfortable, probably due to its age.
Some days there was no pressure in the tap water, but I don't know if it was a problem of the accommodation or the area in general
