We arrived early, and they were extremely helpful; we were able to leave our bags before checking in. Although we were given a room at a different property than the one we booked, the hosts were very kind, and the location turned out to be even better.

The location is amazing—just a 7-minute walk from the city center and the ferry. Quiet and peaceful at night for a great night's sleep. The bed and shower were both excellent, and having an elevator was a massive help for handling our luggage. The host was also wonderful; she sent comprehensive arrival instructions via WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful with local restaurant recommendations.
Nothing to complain about—it was a fantastic and smooth stay!

The location is excellent and the owner was very very helpful and allowed us to check out late.
The barriers were kinda of annoying.
