M-Town Signature Gading Serpong by J`s Luxury Apartment

The apartment was clean/fresh and very well refurbished, comfy couch and bed - good ventilation and there was an AC in both the bedroom and living room. The microwave, fridge and simple utilities, There was simple toiletries provided and basic condiments which was super helpful. The filtered water tank had both hot and cold options, The view was beautiful at any time of the day. Loved that there was some local restaurants but also Indomart/Alfimart at the ground apartment. Safe area to walk around, my fiance and I were able to take a short safe walk to Summarecon Serpong Mall during the early evenings. It was also super convenient that there was a laundry service nearby within the apartment compound.

The space was small if you are looking to bring a family there but it was big enough for a couple to stay in for a few days. There was not It would be nice to have a small caddy to have in the shower to hold our toiletries. Seating area in the balcony would be nice. There was no information regarding how to use the gym and pool facilities.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from a big mall with good restaurants. Excellent facilities, and the apartment is comfortable with everything you need, even the little details. Junita went above and beyond to settle us, keep the apartment clean and was always rapidly responsive when we asked questions - a great host!

Everything was well-maintained, and the room looked just like the photos. - The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and the location was convenient, with easy access to shops, cafés, and transport. - The room service was also quick and respectful, and the staff made sure the place stayed in great shape throughout my stay. - I’d especially like to thank Mrs Junita, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process although my arrival time kept changing due to Puncak-Jakarta traffic. She responded to all my messages very quickly, answered every question I had, and made me feel welcome even before I arrived. Thank you, Mrs Junita, for making this a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
