maid knocked on the door in the morning which woke us up also the owner didn’t receive us at the property so we waited 30 mins before we were given the key box code

The flat was dirty, with a lot of dust. Really poor and bad area

The fla was dirty and really dusty, and the kitchen wasn't furnished. Only one pan, no microwave, few glasses and dishes. The neighbourhood wasn't nice, a really poor area.

Costas studio - 3-8 July 2021

- George was very nice and welcoming. He also let us check-in earlier because it was possible. - big space - we had everything we needed (i.e. Iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, shampoo, shower gel, lots of towels, clean sheets) - small and useful kitchenette - TV - guest left us cold water in the fridge - more toilet paper - air conditioner

I would have preferred a little bit more clean, but we had cleaning tools and products.

near the port.

u can hear the car outside on the street. a little bit noisy. The surroundings nearby are not so satisfactory. I tried to cook, but the hearth did not work.

Hostess lovely, location fine, but studio expensive and a bit dingy!

The hostess really went the extra mile for us. We arrived very late but she came quickly to let us in and was very welcoming and not annoyed at all. The studio was very well presented and clean. She left us the keys and returned 20 minutes later with a (free) meal for us, for which we were very grateful indeed! There is a mini-market just around the corner and a couple of nice breakfast bars facing the port close by on the way to town (we liked omelettes and coffee at 'The Factory', which used to be a Pizza Hut apparently)

Staying here was a bit like staying in a nicely furnished en-suite sea container! The door and only (frosted) window are at one end, the rest of the studio being arranged along the length of it. There is no outside space and no view, so is a bit claustrophobic actually. Coming in from the bright Mediterranean outdoors makes the studio seem a bit dingy. It is not far from the old town, the walk is no problem at all and pleasant enough, but for the high price one might expect a much better location. We stayed here 4 nights and that was enough. On the plus side it does make you want to get out and about, which is the whole idea!

Estudio funcional en el puerto nuevo

El tamaño del estudio ,está bien.Las camas eran cómodas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. El estudio contaba con todo lo necesario in luso agua en la nevera.

La ducha por su pequeño tamaño y disposición era impracticable sin mojar el sueño.No había agua caliente y los ruidos de extractores diversos nos despertaron varias noches Las luces del estudio son muy directas e incómodas.El estudio podría estar muy bien con tan sólo cuidar algunos detalles.
