Casa Zara Sorrento City Center

Really close to everything happening in Sorrento (main street). Apartment felt like home, very clean and tidy, air conditioned. Great host always checking in and available. Had washing machine. Very spacious apartment.

Wish it had more in the kitchen to cook with like oil etc. door lock was also difficult.

functional and clean

there was no windows to the outside, no broom and dust pan so we could not pick pieces of a wine glass that we accidentally broke. we were particularly unhappy that despite a request for a late check out which was denied room service arrived 35 min (i.e 9:30 am) before the official check out time of 10:00 am. This we felt was a lack of service oriented hots and courtesy putting on unecessary pressure to vacate the premise. in addition, we were not provided with any information on garbage separation which we only found when looking for the dust pan and realized we need to sort several days of garbage after we contacted the host.
