Casa Zara Sorrento City Center

Excelente departamento. Ubicado en pleno centro de Sorrento. La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y la decoración, muy linda. La anfitriona, excelente, siempre atenta. El servicio de 10, además pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje hasta la salida de nuestro bus. Increíble experiencia en Casa Zara, la recomiendo.

Lo único que no nos gustó fueron las Escaleras

Informatiemap zou handig zijn met o.a. instructies over de wasmachine en dat je de was niet uit het raam mag hangen (ruzie met de beneden buurman).

there was no windows to the outside, no broom and dust pan so we could not pick pieces of a wine glass that we accidentally broke. we were particularly unhappy that despite a request for a late check out which was denied room service arrived 35 min (i.e 9:30 am) before the official check out time of 10:00 am. This we felt was a lack of service oriented hots and courtesy putting on unecessary pressure to vacate the premise. in addition, we were not provided with any information on garbage separation which we only found when looking for the dust pan and realized we need to sort several days of garbage after we contacted the host.
