Pohodlie, čistota, komunikácia s majiteľkou od začiatku do konca, skvelá osôbka, bazén vždy k dispozícii, tichá lokalita, pláže všeho druhu, menšie skoro súkromné pláže aj peši 10min dolu ulicami, väčšie známe Jadranovo 7km a Crikvenica 4km v blízkosti, tiež topka, všade dostupné parkovanie
