We enjoyed our family vacation.

Great historic building beautifully renovated. Walking distance from the center of Deauville as well as from the station. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly when available.

Our room was good and the location was great.

The location and look of the villa was great. Access to the pool, across the road was a hit with my daughter.

I wasn’t aware that the villa was not staffed, the doors and gates were not secure so anyone would be able to access the ground and the villa at any time. Reception staff in the hotel across the road were rude.

Disappointing

First of all, there was no one on staff on property. To get assistance, you needed to go the the hotel down and across the street. I asked for assistance with the wifi info via the Booking option to contact the property, only to be answered after we had checked out. We were there for 2 nights. The beds were not comfortable. The floors were not vacuumed. The facility itself was in decline and frankly felt a bit abandoned. Grout missing from tiles in the bathroom, mold growing in the shower. This place could be a sweet place if they would just do some minor things. Not our caliber of stay at all!

the room was perfect for what we wanted that weekend but felt a little outdated in its furnishing and decorations. Still it was quiet and comfortable.

Great for a birthday weekend !

Everything was perfect for a birthday weekend except for the staff at the reception.

The staff at the reception didn’t give any information i.e. about access to the spa (so I had to ask the other clients), they seemed exasperated and in a rush to get things done. However, I didn’t let that affect my mood and I truly enjoyed myself.

No parking available, long check-in time, way too expensive for a sober hotel. Calling it a villa is misleading

Superb

We took a room with a balcony which had a realli nice view! and on the other side we could see horse stable what was nice as well <3 But most of all i liked that room looked really clean.

balcon was super small and in not in a very good condition, to drink hot water we had to use the coffee machine :(

Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel. La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de la gare et de la plage. La chambre est agréable et la literie particulièrement confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci 😊

Locatie prima + bijzonder aardige mensen.

Geen airco aanwezig. Ontbijt iedere ochtend hetzelfde en gaan kaan en vleeswaren. Uiteindelijk hebben we dat zelf maar gehaald bij de supermarkt maar dat was écht niet goed.

L’amabilité du personnel, les lieux, bel hôtel particulier restauré en hôtel familial ! Les chambres sont très agréables et grandes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Belle adresse à retenir !
