Alexei war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit von Anfang an. Er hat einem das Gefühl gegeben, man übernachtet bei Freunden. Wann immer man eine Frage hatte konnte man ihn kontaktieren oder fragen wenn er gerade vor Ort war. Es war sehr sehr sauber und jeden Tag wurde aufgeräumt wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen haben. Kaffee durften wir uns auch nehmen, obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben. Auch die Dame, die unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, war immer sehr sehr lieb und hat so gründlich gereinigt. Vielen Dank! Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Tropea Accommodation. From the moment we arrived, Alexei made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm and genuine hospitality. His recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and hidden gems were excellent and helped us make the most of our time in Tropea. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special highlight was the fresh breakfast every morning, which was prepared with great care and attention. Alexei was always available, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. His friendliness and dedication truly set this place apart. The property was in the heart of Tropea and you could easily walk to everything in the old town. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. There was parking across the street. Check-in was easy with Alexei there to greet us and help us with our suitcases.

We found the beds a bit firm for our liking. Being in the heart of the action means that it can be a bit noisy from the traffic on the street below but this is to be expected.
