Seaside cottages

- Great service! 👏 Very helpful, hospitable and responsive. Our son got sick at the day of checkout and we received very solid support from the property management. Thank you, we really appreciated it 🙏 - Location is very convenient. See - 50m, local markets and restaurants in a 300-700m walking distances. - Generally comfortable houses, nice clean beds, Air conditioning (almost in every room), mosquito nets and wifi (see tips below). - Sufficient kitchen facilities, washing machine, fridge, toster. - Windows on both sides - you can make a draft and sleep without air conditioning at night. - Close to Batumi Botanical garden (must visit!). Also I'd like to leave few tips if you consider to go here: - First important tip, if you think you miss something - text to the property manager. Maybe they'll solve it, so you won't complain. - Many people complain here about the fungus. Yes - it was there, and it is generally very hard not to have it in a tropical climate, but indeed the houses are built the way it almost must appear. So manage your expectations. However, in our house it was either covered or closed so we had no inconvenience like smell. - Anti-mosquito nets are not always "sealing" (small holes or gaps at the joint), so make sure you take anti-mosquito fumigator or similar solution. Mosquitos are very active at night and literally annoys when you try to fall asleep. - WiFi is working, but overall speed is at best 10MBit/s. If you plan to work with video-calls - consider taking additional mobile internet source. Best speed in my house was from Cellfie and Magticom. Unfortunately also from time to time the LTE/5G signal was breaking (for all operators). Property management mentioned that it is related to the military base nearby, but could be also behavior of base cells. - There's no "Earth" in the power sockets, some devices like kitchen hood, really voltage on its body due to malfunction.

I'd say the only unpleasant experience related to the lack of house rules regarding the noise at the evening. Some guests were very noisy after 23:00. Like swimming and having fun near the swimming pool is totally fine, unless it's 02:00 at night. The windows provided insufficient sound isolation, so our sleep suffered. But... at the same time would be fair to say that we haven't complained to property management (these guests left the next day).

Отличное расположение, до пляжа 3 минуты. Нам улучшили виллу абослютно бесплатно и мы любовались видом на море все 5 дней проживания! Соотношение цена/качество на 100%. Мы были впятером: трое взрослых и двое детей, всем хватило места, одна спальня со своим санузлом, очень удобно. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи самостоятельно. Не нашли штопор и бокалы, менеджер Лаша моментально принес нам. Также не было лежаков на террасе, Лаша решил и эту проблему Еще и угостил великолепным домашним вином, мы были в восторге. Огромная благодарность Лаше, благодаря ему наше пребывание в Чакви стало незабываемым! Последовали его рекомендации, открыли для себя уютное и вкусное кафе рядом. Не обращайте внимания на внешний вид, очень вкусная кухня, семейное кафе с прекрасной атмосферой. Однозначно рекомендую!

Сантехнику можно было бы обновить, поставить в каждом санузле по мусорному ведру, на верхней террасе добавить лежаки. На первом этаже в санузле хорошо бы разместить раковину и небольшой душ. Улучшить качество уборки перед заездом: полы помыть,пыль протереть. При нашем заезде поменяли постельное белье, помыли сантехнику и на этом все.

Море 1 минуту от дома. Кондиционеры мощные, классный дом. Уборные на каждом этаже. Отдельная благодарность Лаше, всегда во всем помогал!
