Villa Nepole

Quiet, private and spacious. The property has character and has all you need. Giorgio is an attentive and responsive host. We would book this property again.

There were a few items missing at the start but once we notified Giorgio, he provided everything promptly

The villa is very nice, practical for a family of 4. It 's got 1 bedroom with a double bed and another one with twin beds, both with AC, 2 bathrooms -1 toilet and 1 shower, well-equipped kitchen, lovely terrace with garden furniture, a swing and sea view. Also, it has an automatic gate, security system, exterior shutters, driveway and a washing machine. Location nice and quiet, no noisy neighbours, close to beaches- 5, 10, 15, 30 min away- Pescoluse, Maldive del Salento, Torre San Giovani/ Malibu. The host was kind and very prompt to our requests. The fact that you couldn t walk to the town center was a small downside, although it was just a 3 min drive away. The street is rather narrow in some parts, sometimes 2 cars cannot pass, with no sidewalk and poorly lit at night, so you definitely need a car.

Spacious apartment in a remote area. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made an effort to communicate in our language. Laundry facilities were very useful to us at this stage of our trip. Kitchen was good enough for simple cooking to save some money. The car parking is secure behind a remote controlled gate.

Having no WiFi was difficult for us, and the remote location meant there was almost no 4/5G either. The highly sensitive building alarm kept going off throughout the night so we had to stop setting it. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the apartment is lacking a comfortable place to sit and chill.
