I hesitate to rate this establishment…

I hesitate to rate this establishment… For the location, it’s perfect — ideal for exploring the Liguria region and very close to Cinque Terre, without being overwhelmed by tourists. It’s a little cocoon of peace with access to the beach and easy day trips around the region. The apartment itself has a certain charm, like visiting your grandparents’ home — comfortable enough for a week’s stay.

However, the apartment really needs serious maintenance from the landlord (see photos attached): a broken doorknob, exposed electrical wires, a water leak in the bathroom… you name it. The shower was also broken, though to be fair, they came the next morning to repair it, which we appreciated. The worst part, unfortunately, was that the housekeeper entered the apartment while we were sleeping — it truly felt like a nightmare. With some care and attention, this place could be wonderful, but as it is now, it was a disappointing experience.

Дуже приємне просторе помешкання просто поруч із морем

Дуже близько до моря, просторе помешкання, гарна кухня з достатньою кількістю посуду, кава, чай, вся потрібна техніка. Також тераса та внутрішній дворик. Для родини чудовий варіант. Спілкування з господарем було легке и доброзичливе, він оперативно відповідав на питання. Також нам дали картку для безкоштовного паркування.

Трішки замала душова кабіна, доводилось пролазити бочком)) І закривається погано, дверцята застрягають і не їдуть. Було досить прохолодно і нам не вистачило ковдр. Пледи не завжди допомагали. Також хотілося б хоча б на два рази пігулки для посудомийної машини і капсули для прання, адже везти це з собою чи купувати при ночівлі на 2 доби не дуже зручно. Втім в цілому у помешканні було затишно и приємно.

Spnilo účel

Vysoké stropy, prostorný apartmán, poměrně vybavená kuchyně (nádobí), terasa se světýlkama a lehátka před domem. Toulavé kočky v ulici. Blízko vlakové nádraží, dobrá pizzerie a pláž. Malébná vesnice. Pékárna s čerstvým pečivem. V okolí obce nádherné turistické stezky s krásnými výhledy. Dobrá základna pro výlety do 5T. Supermarket v Levantu.

Velmi mnoho komárů, nedalo se větrat v noci, v oknech nebyly sítě proti hmyzu. V zahradě, kde byl gril se nedalo setrvávat, navíc to tam bylo velmi špinavé, zanedbané. Museli jsme si koupit repelent a odpuzovač hmyzu. Na komáry nás předem neupozornili. Špatné rozvody kanalizace, pokud jste pustili pračku, tak špinavá voda unikala do myčky a na podlahu. Pračka byla také velmi špinavá, plísně, museli jsem ji vyčistit. Nebyl kávovar, jen stará špinavá moka konvička. Sprchový kout pouze pro velmi štíhlé osoby (70 cm). Nefunkční osvětlení nad zrcadlem v koupelně. Koupelna se také nadala větrat kvůli komárům oknem. Nebylo tam umělé odsávání z koupelny a wc (dohromady). Málo toaletního papíru (jen dvě ruličky). Žádné další hygienické potřeby kromě mýdla a sprcháče, žádný prací prášek. Wifi nefunkční. Den před odjezdem hostitel požadoval přes Whatsapp zanechat v apartmánu hotově 20 eur na městskou daň, přestože podle booking.com cena již zahrnovala vše. Potvrzení nevydal ani po upomínkách. Třídění odpadků je jen divadýlko. Na pláži, kde je zakázáno vodit psy a kouřit, lidé vodí psy a jsou odhozené spousty nedopalků od cigaret. Jediný obchod se smíšeným zbožím ve vsi je předražený. Nedají se zde koupit čerstvé ryby.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno in un posto che amo!

L’appartamento é un tuffo negli anni 70 , a noi è piaciuto molto, bianco e azzurro in perfetto stile marittimo, praticamente in centro, comodo il terrazzino di entrata, sicuramente lo consiglio e spero di tornarci!

Se devo essere pignolo manca un microonde

Bonassola bella scoperta

Appartamento completo di tutto, posizione comoda per visitare le 5 terre e spiaggia molto bella. È sicuramente un posto dove ritorneremo.

L'appartamento non era stato pulito per niente bene prima di entrare, almeno le pareti avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, muffa nel bagno. Quando prenoti già sai di non aspettarti il lusso, ma almeno le cose dette prima andrebbero fatte. Consiglio per chi viene in macchina: portatevi l'indispensabile da casa perché l'unico alimentari del paese ha prezzi improponibili.

Emplacement exceptionnel. On y est comme à la maison.

Superbe emplacement. Proche de la gare et de la plage pour ne pas utiliser la voiture. Appartement bien équipé, simple mais très agréable avec la terrasse fin avril. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Badge de parking résident à disposition.

Attention à se garer sur les bons emplacements avec le badge résident…

Appartamento spazioso, spazio esterno chiuso con cancello con tavolo e sedie, ottima posizione, parcheggio gratuito pubblico in prossimità della struttura.

Box doccia e pulizia con margini di miglioramento. Mancanza attaccapanni e scarpiera all'ingresso.
