It’s okay for just a couple of nights, don’t recommend for a long stay

Location, no problems with parking nearby, shops and restaurants

No sponge in the kitchen, how do you expect your guests to clean the dishes? Only one piece of toilet paper and two small pieces of shower gel for the whole stay, feel sorry for people who stay there for more than 2-3 nights. The towels have not been changed at all, no room service for 4 days of staying. Weak water pressure in bathroom.

Relaxing and comfortable stay in a great location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, and only a short walk to the beach. It's a spacious apartment, with a great living space, comfortable bed and lovely outdoor sitting area. They also accommodated our toddler with a cot.

We got fresh towels and bins changed every 2days rather than every day.

Also the owners were great when I accidently locked myself out. They were there within 10 minutes with a key. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Exceptional

The location is great-close to beach and to the markets,bars,restaurants.The apartment has everything a small family will need and was cleaned every 2 days.The property doesn't have his own parking place,but there was no issue on finding a place to park our car nearby.For sure we want to come back and will recommend it to our friends!

Fairly central to everything available. Air conditioning in both bedroom and sitting area. Lovely friendly staff, so helpful let me order some food staples for arrival.

Nothing I didn't like but would have found a map of local area and recommended restaurants very useful.

Helen's Studios July 2022

The studio was a fantastic size for 3, plenty of room and storage. Very welcome aircon as it was hotter than usual at the beginning of July. The location is very handy, no hills to climb, near to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Also the family were so helpful when we had to leave a couple of days early due to a family bereavement.

Nothing! Maybe a couple of hooks by the front door and possibly a mozzie screen at the bathroom window but that's it.

Everything! We were given an upgrade to the large ground floor apartment. Which was really generous. It has a huge terrace which was great for having an evening drink. The bathroom and kitchen were new and modern with great quality fittings. Bed was really comfy and a proper double too. Location is great, within easy walking of lots of bars and restaurants. Everything was of very high standard and would highly recommend.

The only suggestion I have would be a proper dining table and parasol outside. There is no shade on the terrace in the afternoon and we would have liked to sit out with an early beer. But still a lovely terrace for morning breakfast and evening drinks.

A really lovely stay with fantastic hosts.

The room was very clean and well-presented with excellent facilities such as air conditioning, wi-fi and a TV. There is also a lovely balcony where you can watch lots going on in San Stefanos but it is also very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of storage space. The kitchenette is very useful to have with everything that you need. The host and his family were all so friendly and helpful - they really made the stay special and nothing was too much trouble. They left us in peace but they were always there to help if we needed them.

Geweldig verblijf met alles op loopafstand.

De locatie is perfect. Aan het einde van de hoofdstraat en daarom net uit de drukte. Gezellige restaurants op loopafstand en ook ons favoriete strand bij Havana beach bar is maar paar minuten lopen. Studio is verrassend ruim en de bedden liggen prima. Vaak wissel van handdoeken en schoonmaak. Communicatie met eigenaar ook prima en snelle reactie. Voor Griekse begrippen was er voldoende keukengerei. Gezellige studio en heerlijk balkon.

Het enigste wat wij misten was de bevestiging van de douchekop op hoogte. Hierdoor moet je de douchekop zelf steeds vasthouden tijdens douchen/shampoo uitspoelen. Maar ach, het is vakantie en dan functioneert dit uiteindelijk ook prima.

Sehr neues großes Apartment

Sehr neues großes Apartment mit sehr großer Terasse. Klimaanlage sehr leise, so dass man sie auch nachts zum schlafen anlassen kann. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Matratzen. Zimmer wird alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt. Apartment sehr zentral direkt an der Hauptstraße des Ortes, so dass alles (Restaurants,Bars und Supermärkte) innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichabr ist. Strand auch nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Kleine Gastgeschenke in Form von Obst,Kaffee,Tee und Ouzo. Gatgeber antwortet immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
