Do not stay here if you value cleanliness, respect and quietness. Photos do not match the reality.

Unfortunately, it didn’t match any of the photos or descriptions.

Too many things; it was old and dilapidated. The deck around the pool is dangerously loose and falling apart with no safety I cut my foot on the outdoor tiles. The bathroom in the main ensuite is simply disgusting. Full of a foul smell, stains on the tiles and no soaps for washing hands, it is the worst bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. The wardrobe is full of growing organisms and it looks like termites have gotten into the wood and eaten away at it all. It doesn’t look like it was cleaned in the last three months maybe in the last year. Last but not least as other reviews have said there is a very loud karaoke bar that is playing loud music up until 2 am so if you want a quiet zen space this won’t be it. If you want photos of my description there is a very accurate review on google reviews of this place, it perfectly matched my experience.

Its a villa, no breakfast provided, and we knew it, there is a stove there, so we can cook ourselves an indomie or ceplok telor, or else.. Stove and microwave are provided.

Should be better when we arrived, if they clean up once again before the guest are coming.. The floor are too dusty, maybe because there were not been rented for couple days..

Needs a lot of maintenance work before this villa is worth the prices being charged to stay here.

I stayed in this villa (number 1) in July 2019 and absolutely loved my time there. The two rooms and private pool make it ideal to have guests and entertaining is easy with the kitchenette. Unfortunately post-covid this villa is very much a disappointment, There has no been upkeep of the property and it is very run down. There needs to be some major maintenance work done to the property to bring it to an acceptable level. Presently, the prices being charged to stay here are completely overinflated. The location is away from the busy tourist areas. The villa complex is quiet. There are many local warungs closeby. There is an express laundry located right across the road from the villas. The complex is secure.

- hot water in the second bedroom did not work, took several communications with hosts to have this fixed. - arrived to find stains on the walls and the floor in the main bedroom, were never cleaned away by housekeeping during my stay. - paint peeling from the walls in the room off the main bathroom. - missing tiles in and around the pool. - mould growing in the missing tile spaces in the pool. - villa was not cleaned on a daily basis. - breakfast was included in the package, was offered once during my stay. - no drinking water, tea, coffee or milk supplied. - no sponges, teatowels in the kitchen.
