Top Lage, Eingang Hinterhof (aber nicht wichtig). Zimmer sauber, Betten sauber, Bad sauber, Duschkabine größer als woanders, nachts ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist super erreichbar und sehr freundlich.
Der Wäschetrockner lief als wir ankamen und die Handtücher waren gewöhnungsbedürftig (alt und eines war sogar zerfranst und schon ganz dünn).

I don’t even consider it’s a problem, but the entrance (inside the house) doesn’t look so clean. It’s outside on the street, so not anything important. Also, I would prefer there to be some shower gel and shampoo

The property was great value for money, given how expensive the rest of the city was. We were really pleased with the value for money. The area was nice and the place was just far enough away from all the noise/music.
Steep stairs walking up to the apartment but not too difficult.

In der Wohnung, waren alle Heizköprer runter gedreht und somit war die Wohnung am ersten Tag und Nacht sehr kalt. Die Vorlauftemp. für das Warmwasser, war nur auf 30 Grad gestellt, also Lauwarmenwasser unter der Dusche. Zur Wohnung geht man durch einen Innenhof, was Dunkel ist und 2 Defekte Waschmaischinen herumstehen. Beim dem Treppenaufgang, wäre eine INTENSIVE Reinigung wieder mal fällig.
