The accommodation is close enough to the sea and is reasonably priced. It was clean. The owners are friendly, willing to help with advice, but at the same time not intrusive. The room and bathroom are spacious enough for two people. I recommend the room for a short break.

The access to the parking lot itself is very steep and requires a skilled driver. The room was on the top floor and is not suitable for disabled people or elderly people who have difficulty walking. I missed 2 chairs with a table for snacks in the room.

Clean room with the good AC, friendly staff, late check-in possible by request. 7-10 mins to the nearest beach and around 4-5 mins to the center of Tucepi by car.

My parking was horrible - you're assigned a random parking place and I got the hardest one to park into. There is a super steep road up to both the apartment and parking where you can scratch your front bumper easily and in your parking place if there are other cars it's also so tight and close to the fence that you can scratch your car - that is what happened to me. Probably if you're extremely careful you can avoid scratches but if you go to some places by car 3-4 times a day I think it's unavoidable.
