Приветливый персонал, расположение, вкусные завтраки. Рядом есть остановка маршрутки до Батуми. Пляж тоже близко, но он необорудованный. Все зонтики, лежаки за отдельную плату. Недалеко есть хороший парк.
Номера требуют косметического ремонта. Кондиционер включался с 10-й попытки, спинка кровати была сломана (страшно было спать, кровать могла развалиться в любой момент). Wi-Fi ловит ТОЛЬКО на балконе и то через раз. Мебель уже очень старая, расшатанная. В карточке на Booking была указана возможность оплаты картой Visa, по факту все расчёты происходят "в конверте", карту принимать отказались.
